Based at the same premises is Westcom Repairs Ltd which has been accredited as a ‘Nokia Care Point’. We offer support for anybody who has a fault with their Nokia handset. Any handset repairs that are covered under warranty are free-of-charge (all Nokia handsets have a 25 month warranty – feel free to call or email us the IMEI number to check). Handsets are repaired in house while-you-wait.

If you are a mobile phone company, your customers can deal with us directly or we can send them back to you free of charge providing there are more than 3 handsets to send back. We are a small company and can mould our service to your needs.
